Project(s) or product(s) often have enterprise-wideimplications.Leads, builds, and coaches high performingteams in the deliveryof technology-related products or projects, ensuring teamactions are alignedwith project and business goals. May instructor coach otherprofessionals. Leads planning, teamlearning, and adaptation of processes to ensure thequality of team solutions. Enables a continuous learningenvironment,identifying ways to strengthen the team's understanding ofAgile/Scrum conceptsand principles as they relate to technical capabilities. Builds and applies methodologythatsupports the integration of changing customer inputs and businessconditionsinto technology-related product development. Recommends to the product ownerandmanagement in the definition and prioritization of technology-relatedoutcomes.Identifies trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drivesharedvision between the team and product owner. Ensures the application ofagileframeworks to the development process to increase effectivenessoftechnology-related product development or architecture. Leads daily scrum meetings,iterationreviews, and maintains backlogs. Removes roadblocks totechnology-relatedproduct development or architecture. Applies learnings toother developmentprojects. Participates in special projects andperformsother duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduatedegree or equivalent combination of training and experiencerequired. ComputerScience or Engineering experience preferred. Graduate degreepreferred. Minimum of five years related workexperience.Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on majororganizationaltechnology projects preferred. Financial Services and technicalexperiencepreferred.
