Role :IAM Governance Analyst Location : Remote Duration : 1-2 Years+ Interview : Video This is NOT a PM role. This role is someone that understands the end to end lifecycle of the IAM process. This person should have an IAM background first. Then needs to have IAM Governance experience, then some project management experience or ability to manage a project. Someone that has experience creating IAM awareness or training would be ideal SMBC is looking for an Associate of IAM Governance to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance project(s) to meet applicable governance enterprise policies and standards. The candidate in this role works with the Director of IAM Governance to provide Program/project management and guidance in deployment of best practices in IAM. Responsible for the support of a IAM Center of Excellence within the IT Security department, which provides advisory and technical support services across the enterprise. Responsibilities: Provide governance for the Identity & Access management lifecycle Provide project management duties to support the successful outcome of the teams goals Assist with providing requirements for IAM governance that enforces applicable organization security policies and access management requirements Develop an IAM security awareness/training strategy and subsequent goals aligned with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements Create a positive program that engages employees to support practicing good security behaviors Identify top human risks to the organizations and reduce those risks through creative awareness programs Lead the development of required IAM awareness security trainings Draft and publish relevant IAM awareness communications, whether enterprise wide or to targeted groups Grow relationships with internal customers to meet IAM awareness & training goals Ability to confidently articulate risks to the business Assists in the communication of cross-platform identity management policies and procedures as well as a senior contributor on departmental standard operating procedures, processes, and guidelines. Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of experience with Information Security, Governance, IT Risk, or in a technology related field Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Privileged Access and Account Management systems and controls Previous leadership experience 8+ years experience within the Identity & Access Management space Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=338720&uid= |
