Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS and their database services as well as a familiarity with DevOps. Knowledge of IT Operations best practices in a 24/7/365 always on service model. Experience designing, configuring, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining databases in cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS. Experience with tuning large databases to optimize performance. Responsibilities include: Constantly improving skills set and sharing new knowledge with others on the team. Participate in the daily team stand-ups. New product research and completing proof-of-concepts on how it can improve our ability to support clients. Complete level 2 and level 3 support tickets. Analyze issues and determine root cause along with completing solutions to resolve.
