INTAKE NOTES: New role Role is remote with some travel to Vegas or Ft Worth TX - more so in early stages but no more than 50% travel. Schedule is not confirmed at this point yet. Team size is about 30 - there are 100 users but the PM is not over all of them Top 3 Skills: SAP Knowledge and understanding Being able to work in and adapt to a challenging environment. There are 3 parties involved, the client, NIMBL who are leading the project, and another vendor. Lots of personalities and the PM will have to navigate all of this. So someone who can communicate effectively with all parties and manage the project in this type of environment is important. The client is rather anxious, so that adds another level to the mix. Communication must be clear and concise, talking too much is not good in this type of role. Templates - need someone who can manage them and get up to speed rather quickly Goal of project - Greenfield implementation of S/4 HANA PCE - FIN, Supply Chain, OTC.
