May need to edit or review content for grammar, styles etc. A good understanding of SEO, tagging, keyword optimization. A good understanding of 508-compliance. Past experience using CMS systems: Teamsite and AEM Solid knowledge of html The ability to strategize and communicate with stakeholders across the organization including other content authors, developers, systems engineers, Marketing and Sales. Work with Marketing, Sales, misc. to post content Post and remove P2 downtime banners. Facilitate dozens of Jira tickets each month for English and Spanish (submit ticket, review for editorial standards, approve content.) Facilitate Jira tickets for multiple PDF postings (including mandatory pharmacy updates, forms, privacy documents etc.) Each PDF must be resaved and tagged for search. Secure site Most edits and updates made to the public site must be replicated on the member site. This includes posting PDFs, making content updates like holiday hours, pharmacy updates and more. Responsible for updating secure only pages such as the payment page, mental health pages, and health and wellness content in Teamsite. Provider site Tagging and posting multiple PDFs each week for the Review Services department, updating and posting content on behalf of pharmacy, clinical review services, and Provider Relations. Locations Web producer is responsible for coordinating and updating facility information (hours, address changes etc.) to mobile, secure pages Project work Will be involved in multiple web projects that require a web producer/editor. This will include occasional late-night launches.
