Conducting research into test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and procedures. Managing the final quality of the production release. Design and programming skills of the highest caliber. An understanding of test methodologies and the tools associated with them. Behavior Driven Development experience, as well as programming and testing experience. An application's ability to identify risks and errors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good time management and organizational skills. The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
