This would be a 6 month contract to hire. The actual conversion might take longer than that but the intent is to convert the person in 2023. As a result, the person must have a green card or be a US Citizen. 100% remote. Prefer MN based, will consider folks within 4 hours in case they had to come in for a meeting/event once a quarter. Formal education is not required. Boot camps or technical school or just experience is fine. Looking for 3-5 years of experience. Mid Level. They don't need a senior person. Must be very good communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. This role involves a lot of collaboration and communcation and interaction with business people. They will be working in a team of 2 other FTE's and a part time ITR Group consultant. This person will be working on workflow solutions. This is for the Enfocus Switch application which is a workflow tool. They will deal with challenging programming issues on routing, automation of orders, folders, printers, troubleshooting, etc. They want someone with at least 2 or more years of solid Nodejs experience. This is all back end work. Full stack experience is good but back end is the focus. Need to also enjoy interacting with others, and working with the business and stakeholders. Salary goal is to keep it at $110K or less at conversion.
