Role               : ServiceNow Business System Analyst

Location        :  Remote

Duration        :  6+ Months

Interview       :  Video

Duties:  

Designing, developing, and generating reports (and their review) to communicate and monitor compliance, liability and budgetary data for software and hardware assets

Working to identify Business

Managing data accuracy within ServiceNow and FlexeraOne

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of asset data follow up with data / asset owners as necessary

Data validation between all system of record systems and FelexeraOne ITAM tool

Manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports; identify and recommend hardware and software that has the potential to be harvested or replaced with lower cost alternatives

Identify and report on potential issues with asset tracking tool, supporting systems and inputs; develop and maintain related program and process documentation

Skills:  

3+ years of related Software and Hardware Asset Management experience with a bachelors degree; or 5+ years of equivalent experience

Possess a solid understanding of IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices

Experience using industry standard SAM solutions like Flexera, SNOW Software, Aspera etc.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow

Updating Business App table

Data Reconciliation between ServiceNow and other systems

An understanding of End Point Management and inventory toolsets such as SCCM, InTune, UEM, etc

Moderate to Advanced experience using MS Excel, Access, SQL and similar tools

Experience working in a Managed Services environment

3+ years of hand-on experience implementing and managing an Asset Management Tool

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the objective of delivering a positive customer experience

Proven history in building Quality Assurance concepts and practices into all aspects of an ITAM program

Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrixed management environment (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated

Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to bring keen focus on established KPIs

Independent and able to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities

o             ITIL v3 or 4 foundations certified preferred IAITAM certifications: Certified Hardware Asset Manager - CHAM, Certified IT Asset Manager preferred.

Required Skills:   

3 years experience
Proven ServiceNow request processing experience
Solid working knowledge of ITSM system ServiceNow
