Resources must have technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, JAVA and UNIX.Any BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) will be an added advantage. Resources must have expertise in working with global delivery teams and product vendors. Experience in working/managing, Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade ProjectGood Analytical, communication, problem-solving and client management skills. Good Understanding of support process, Incident, SR and Problem Management in any incident management tool (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc)Exposure/Experience to Agile, DevOps Methodology.
