The team will request the candidate to close all programs on their task manager during the screening. Computer audio (no headphones or earbuds) We need someone with LCW experience (preferred) - in absence of that, developer should have a strong, solid Java developer background. Solid salesforce experience is required - - usual skills (Apex/Visualforce) - Certifications are good - Admin/Platform 1 - but the developer should be ready to code a simple ask on the live interview (so sharing their screen is required) - and they need to have webcam enabled. We will not tolerate any fakers out there - who have coaches in the room answering the screening questions - and if we get any of this, we will eliminate the contracting company from this and possibly future placements. Will interpret written requirements and technical specifications for software solutions to business problems. Will develop software based on the technical specifications. Will analyze and investigate problems with software solutions that have been reported by clients and document the results of their investigation(s). Will perform maintenance of software and correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process. Will run unit tests on software they create, implement test plans, test harnesses and document the test results. Will investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems with software solutions that have been detected during testing. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
