Must Skills: Azure, DevSecOps, agile methodologies, Change Control, Onshore & Offshore Model experience, fixed price development / transformation programs experience. Domain: Infrastructure, Commercial Property and Casualty, Business, and Professional Liability insurance companies/Domain Project Manager Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodologies Must have technology experience working and managing the projects as Delivery Manager. Minimum 3-4 years experience in managing large, fixed price development / transformation programs Should be updated on latest technology and acumen on upcoming Technologies Azure, DevSecOps ,etc. Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe. Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control. Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism. Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center. Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Understand user requirements. and provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development. Responsible for the leadership and management of teams, particularly technical team leaders and technical specialists, to promote a culture of service innovation and delivery. Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business. Lead and develop high performing teams, supporting Agile working practices, and a digital delivery culture. Proactively drive innovation, with new ideas and options made available by new technology and process. Keep up to date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies.
