Able to latch onto concepts of what they do for an organization. EDI Baseline Requirement: must know different types of EDI, knowledge of how transaction works within commerce Can talk easily to stakeholders, figure things out solutions if needed. Energy Sector experience/Utility Companies - REQUIRED Utility Billing - high request B2B interface with utility, system and EDI format From Business Analysis side, they've been focusing more on cores of company, operational production support, rapid user stories Will be small projects, run in 2 week sprints, most are business initiatives targeted towards alleviating operation pain points, help embellish platform for business needs, tightening Business & IT department together, matching synergies Their Business Analysis style: - starts with identifying problem, e.g. operationally, customer related, serving business side Run Kanban style, work mini planning and decomposition, not over or under engineering, then execute user stories, analysis and upfront (with Steve involved), user acceptance test and deploy (with Steve involved).
