We are seeking a Security focused administrator who can provide hands-on administration support within the security infrastructures and tasks of this migration effort. Duties include, but not limited, to coordinating firewall moves with the project teams, reviewing existing rules to tighten security, assist with firewall automation testing, fulfilling ticket requests, provide updates to SOP documents, and migration security rules. We are seeking candidates that have 7+ years of hands-on administration support of either Palo Alto or CyberArk. This position is a long term contract opportunity. We are seeking candidates local to the DC/MD/VA area and can be onsite in Columbia MD or Ashburn VA when needed (when not at the data centers, this position is home based). Required Skills - 7+ years of Cyber Security Administration experience -Must have recent hands-on administration support with either Palo Alto OR CyberArk (administration level, patching, identity access management, migrating security rules, security firewall product moving (re-adding, re-rack/stack and lift and shift etc.) -Experience with one or more: SailPoint, Extrahop, Gigamon - Advanced written and verbal communication skills. - This position requires a bachelors degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or relevant work experience in application security analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background and experience with direct Business Analyst experience. -Prefer candidates that have worked within a Data Center AND/OR have participated in a Data Center migration effort (handling security related tasks) NOTE: Email is the best way to reach me if i am not available at my number.
