They will engage in growing the team, ensuring that the team follows through with deliverables and communicating with C Suite Level Executives. Day to Day Responsibilities: Setting up procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations Ensuring that operations are cost-effective and stay within budget Act as liaison officer between different teams to build partnerships and develop solutions Estimate timelines for both long-term roadmap initiatives and short-term deliverables Establish and enforce best practices in code control, code reviews, unit testing, etc. Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively. All about observability. The tools and systems you build are managed and improved based on key KPIs Must Have: Experience in management tools, such as Jira, Google Sheets, Scheduling Softwares Experience in Streaming Services Areas (HLS, DASH, DRM) Understanding of how software is built and shipped.
