Job Title : SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location : Remote, USA Duration : Long term contract Job Description: Required 8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP on-premises implementation analyst/developer in the SAP HCM Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, ESS, MSS, and Compensation modules Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, functional and technical requirements and deliver effective and efficient business process improvements. Cross functional experience with SAP HR modules Time and Payroll. Integration experience is required connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. Good understanding and working with ABAP-HR programming (involving infotypes PA/OM, structural authorizations, HR macros, logical databases etc.) Nice to have: Experience on any module of SuccessFactors would be a plus. Have experience working on HR Transformation projects.
