They are tasked with developing new data exchange methods using the Rhapsody engine and HL7 messaging. T-SQL query writing as well as modifying existing T-SQL queries and other related activities using Microsoft SQL toolsets will be performed in this role. This position is primarily responsible for existing Rhapsody routes supporting Maine CDC. This individual will assist with onboarding new Message Mapping Guides as required by federal CDC, helping modernize our data reporting functionality, onboarding new facilities for ELR and syndromic surveillance, and providing general informatics support for Maine CDC's ID Epi team. The manager stated they are looking for programmers with strong SQL skills and they will train on the Rhapsody and HL7 components. Having the Rhapsody and HL7 experience will be a benefit and those candidates will get preference. This position is on-site so please submit candidates who are willing to relocate immediately or local. NOTE: Submit all skill level of candidates from New Grads to Experienced.
