We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Business Analyst (Senior Level) Contract Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX Need someone from Banking or Financial Domain Work to Be Performed: Work with business partners to understand the data/setup needed to support training and documentation creation Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional business requirements into business specifications and use cases for the creation of synthetic data for enterprise applications Analyze system requirements, design and workflow Define the user stories for SDETs to use for automation Create project deliverables and artifacts in accordance with project requirements and quality standards Provide direction to SDETs to implement automation solutions per the requirements Regularly engage in agile activities including spring planning and backlog grooming Skills and Experience: Experience in Agile and software development. 5+ years of experience in similar roles Experience with business processes mapping, business requirement gathering and enhancement requests identification and documentation Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.) Proven track record of working with complex system environments Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills in both business and IS environments Excellent organizational, planning, judgment, and time management skills High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work with others to achieve a common goal, resolve issues and manage cross functional relationships Self-motivated and self-starting; working with little supervision and picking up new and unfamiliar concepts.
