Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite ofbusiness software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficientin Microsoft Project. Additionalbeneficial skills include: ServiceNowExperience in PPM and ITSM modules EnterpriseBusiness Solutions, specifically SAP projects ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Provide daily andhourly direction and support to the IT UBOSTeam as assigned Work with thebusiness departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the workto be performed Ability to workindependently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned Utilizes varioussoftware and/or technology tools to perform job duties Performs relatedduties as assigned Minimum Experience 5 years of SAPBilling and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional supportexperience. 1 successful SAPBRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANAlandscape. Certifications / Education in all cases Bachelors degree in business management orinformation systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience maybe accepted. Job Description: Study and understand the PTCs current Billingand Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietarysystem. Study and understand the PTCs desired Billingand Revenue functionality for UBOS. Using knowledge gained to coordinate changesand designs to the UBOS and the PTCsother technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including followingthe standards and policies. Act as PTCs BRIM subject matter expert andrepresent the PTC in meetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTCs needs are met. Act as a subject matter expert to raiseconcerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for thePTC leadership to decide on how to proceed. Develops and maintains plans and otherdocumentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures,templates, and methodologies. Develops and maintains a productive workingrelationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors,and key clients. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned bythe PTC. Leads, and participates in project teammeetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related toenterprise systems Develops and maintains a productive workingrelationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors,and key clients. Reviews SIs documentation on behalf of PTCand advises to the PTC UBOS IT ProgramManager on acceptance of the documentation. Performs hands on testing as part of PTCsacceptance of the SIs solution and provide their opinion to PTCs UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverablemeets PTCs needs and desires and if doesnt, provide documentation needed forPTC to rectify any issues with the SI. Assists with conducting lessons learnedsessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
