[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description ServiceNow CMDB Developer Remote USC/GC Video Education and Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience. 5 years ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). 3 years experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt). Proficient in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages and libraries. Integration experience with webservices (SOAP and REST), and comfortable with API usage. ServiceNow implementation experience in ITOM modules like CMDB, Asset Management. Expert analysis, trouble shooting, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in implementing Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Experience administrating MID Servers. WHAT YOULL DO: Job Responsibilities: Maintain and extend our current CMDB integration framework, which is a bespoke application built around RESTful web services. Build out scoped applications based on customer requirements. Work with stakeholders and CI data owners to ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and all CIs are up to date. Make configuration changes to CMDB and lead on production implementation of CMDB integrations leveraging data sources/ web services/discovery and validate they meet requirements. Responsible for maintaining information about IT Hardware and Software Assets, in order to report on the value and ownership of financial assets throughout their lifecycle, and to determine key attributes and relationships between assets. Meet with stakeholders to review business challenges, and design solutions that continuously deliver incremental business value.
