Title: Sr. ETL Developer with Informatica Location: Hybrid in Des Moines, Iowa (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ months (C2H) Job Description: What Youll Do: The Sr. Application Developer will be dedicated to supporting the data management team. This involves supporting various ETL tools and data integration services being developed as part of the client/member data strategy. Required Technical Skills/Experience: College degree or equivalent plus 3-7 years of relevant experience is required. Knowledge in data warehousing concepts Experience building complex data pipelines Proficient in Informatica, or another ETL tool (e.g. Abinitio, SSIS, etc) and SQL In-depth understanding of integrated services criticality to an organization Knowledge of data handling methods and development techniques. Nice to have Technical Skills/Experience: R using RStudio including Python/Anaconda Azure/Azure data factory or a willingness to learn Java experience or a willingness to learn Other Non-Technical Skills: Critical thinking skills to tackle moderate to highly complex business solutions needed. Exceptional analytical, problem solving, time management and documentation skills. Must be a team player who is also able to work individually. Must have a customer service attitude at all times in order to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
