Job Description :

Responsible for all aspects of QA automation, creating test designs, writing scripts, identifying and implementing automation testing protocols, and reporting on the results.*

         Responsible for reviewing bug reports, highlighting problem areas, troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures*

         Responding to, creating and/or actioning incidents and tasks in ServiceNow and Problems or Bugs reported within Radar or equivalent tools and applications*

         Creation of internal documentation, procedures, and standards*

         Enhancing our monitoring, triaging, and automated alerts within our proprietary tools, Splunk, and Cyara*

         Python & swift Programming*

         Coordination of project and application launches and feature updates*

         Close collaboration with cross-functional business units and internal partners
