Produces deliverables as needed: (e.g., work breakdown structure,product backlog of detailed user stories acceptance criteria, data dictionary,business rules, wireframes, workflow diagrams, process diagrams and systeminteraction diagrams, etc.). Provides significant input to system specifications and design. Develops detailed knowledge/expertise in applicationsassigned. Analyzes system integration impacts and defines integrationrequirements. Collaborates with developers to establish the technical vision andanalyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Facilitates / attends demos and review completed sprintdevelopment for accuracy. Reviews detailed requirements with project manager/technical leadto ensure adherence to scope and level of effort estimations. Estimates requirements gathering level of effort, developsanalysis work plans, and ensures deliverables quality and timeliness. Coordinates with Quality Assurance (QA) and the development teamto ensure requirements are understood. Provide functional and technical supportfor assigned applications, including integration, configuration,maintenance, enhancements, report development, quality assurance, systemupgrades, and other activities as required Participates in and/or coordinates required testing/validation ofsystem fixes, which may include creating the actual test cases or reviewingtest cases created by QA. Supports User Acceptance Testing. Analyze defects and triage accordingly. Work with otheranalysts and development teams as necessary to facilitate defectresolution and communicates new requirements Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolvedin a timely manner; escalate and retain ownership of all open/unresolvedissues. Assist other teams and business units in supporting ongoingdata archival, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and testing Serves as the key IT counterpart to the Functional Area (BusinessProcess) Owner and Functional Business Analyst. Is jointly responsiblefor understanding, prioritizing, & defining continuous improvementrequests. Performs problem determination and resolution as part of systemproduction support. Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members. Performs other duties as assigned.
