The focus of this position is to work acros s multiple disciplines like automation, performance, data, package and digital. Test Managers will work with customers and senior project stakeholders with focus on SLAs, KPIs and metrics. The objective should be on high customer satisfaction and qua lity with zero production defects and define roadmaps with other project & client stakeholder. In addition, the role needs to contribute to customer visits presentations, testing practice like preparing case studies, conducting interviews of test l eads and in pre-sales activities.
