This person will interface with multiple teams/providing status back to program managers/negotiations/need to have a thick skin this does need to be someone who has a fast-paced mindset/strong work ethic/sharp Other items to consider: Experience with XP methodologies: Extreme Program Methodology - Sit on extreme programming groups to facilitate and help. The challenge is to get milestone dates and dependencies. Align for profitability is the specific project they will be working on. Have XP silos of projects that dont have PMs, but they have dependencies. Experience with agile/waterfall - May even ask to be a waterfall PM for a smaller project. Daily: Share status updates with XP groups Scrum sprints are not always by the book. Have to be flexible.
