Business Analyst - Job Summary: There is no specific domain related exp. needed but anyone with Tolling exp will be great to have. 2+ yrs experience with Agile methodology 2+ yrs previous Business Analyst or Product Owner experience 2+ yrs experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements 2+ yrs experience creating wire frames, mockups and building functional designs 2+ yrs experience with business cases 2+ yrs experience with process flows and Visio 2+ yrs experience leading JAD sessions, interviews, or equivalent methods 2+ yrs experience in business process and requirements analysis including documenting as-is and designing to-be business processes. 2+ yrs experience validating business requirements and acceptance criteria is covered by test cases Desired experience with Azure DevOps and Jira Desired experience with Pega or similar CRM/BPM platform.
