Responsibilities Collaboratingand communicating professionally with internal and cross-functional teams Workswell with cross-disciplinary teams, including FEWD, to create functional andengaging product experiences Proficientin communicating direction, design principles, and designspecifications Fostersa highly collaborative design process and is trusted by their team to talkthrough both scope and technical challenges and negotiate thoughtfuloutcomes. Takesa leadership role in cross-discipline meetings, bringing a design voice to theconversations and building trust between design teams and otherdisciplines. Creatingexperience maps, user scenarios, comps, and flows Designsuser experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes Createsrapid prototypes to validate design concepts Developingprocesses and approaches to solving design problems Coordinatesmulti-disciplinary project teams Communicatesdesign considerations to different audiences, including developers, management,and leadership Usesknown methods and anticipates problems to strategize design solutions that meetand exceed business objectives Workingwell with cross-disciplinary teams Worksclosely with various teams to gain user insights, identify opportunities,validate concepts, and socialize ideas across the team Collaborateswith cross functional teams, including FEWD, to create functional and engagingproduct experiences. Ableto positively influence partners and stakeholders, both directly andindirectly. Presentingwork to cross-functional teams and leadership Demonstratesexperience executing design practices within Agile software development Collaborateswith Project Owners and Business Analysts to build and maintain a productbacklog Worksclosely with partners on the crafting of requirements and user stories. Understandsand considers business goals into their design decisions/solutions. Qualifications Leadsare established and experienced practice leaders who actively push processesand conventions, directly contribute to strategy, and take ownership for theirteams work. Experience: Team leads areorganized leaders who have extensive experience in leading the delivery ofsuccessful work and have contributed to or led work on multiple shippedproducts. They demonstrate the ability to drive change, improve workflows, andshepherd their teams initiatives. They can plan and execute the work accordingto current priorities and are able to deliver solutions that meet requirementsand constraints while maintaining high standards of quality. Communication: Team leads haveexceptional communication skills. They can clearly and confidently communicatedecision-making rationale to their team, large groups, and organizationalleadership. They can express complex ideas in a persuasive and succinct manner,educate partners, tell compelling stories, and keep their leadership informedof critical information they have identified.
