Job Description: This candidate will be joining a new testing/QA team on the Business Development side of Health Plans. This team works alongside IT testing team but is more focused on the business aspect which includes UAT, end to end testing, regression, and will be digging in to the testing phase on a much more detailed level to finalize all modules to prepare for release/go-live after the IT QA team has completed their testing phase. We will need people on the automation side as well, they will be creating scenarios to build and write. Technical Requirements: - QNXT and/or CSC and/or Flexi (CSC is going to be tough to find but a CRITICAL need) - strong knowledge of and experience with Claims lifecycle -Need End to End Testing , Back-End Testing , detail oriented QNXT and then with a mix of at least one of the skills below within QNXT- Claims processing/pricing Benefits Encounters enrollment and digital svs -ability to write test cases -experience with CPT codes (Current Procedural Terminology - a uniform language for coding medical services and procedures to streamline reporting, increase accuracy and efficiency.) if a candidate doesn't know what this is, they're probably not a fit!
