The client's current Salesforce implementation is quite disjointed and is based on Service Cloud, some Einstein, some custom Lightning components, and even some legacy APEX modules. Our resources will have to adjust to the above environment and make sense of new, consolidated, and revamped banking and equity/firm research dashboards. The anchor person needs to be at the client's HQ in NYC 4 days a week. This resource should be extremely versatile and possess great comm. skills as they will be interfacing with the product team + the Managing Director.
