Title: Business Analyst - Surety Bonds Location - Bala Cynwyd, PA Duration: 6 12 Months POSITION OVERVIEW : The Surety Business Analyst role is to plan and elicit requirements from business stakeholders, ensure stakeholders understand business value and required outcomes, and to ensure requirements are communicated and understood by the entire project team. POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 5+ years of experience in BA work (preferably in Enterprise Insurance companies) Experience working in the Insurance industry (including Surety) and domain is highly preferred Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture Strong analytical / problem solving skills Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective Exceptional influencing and communication skills Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Travel: This position requires no travel. Preferred location is Philadelphia area, but can be fully remote.
