http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=256254&uid= From: Sanjana, Ibridgetechsoft [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Oracle HCM Payroll- Functional Consultant Remote (Should be flexible to visit client in CST zone location on need (Frequency once in a quarter ) ) Contract Job Description This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Maintain business processes (e.g., configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.) Solid Oracle HCM Experience with Payroll mandatory Solid Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired Experience on other HCM modules (Core HR, Time, Absence) desired Work with a team of functional technologists and subject matter experts Experience with agility practices and methodology Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained Maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic and thorough Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter) Ensure teams complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects) Actively ensures team manages Service Requests (1bd) Actively raises issues to impacted teams Ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals Passionate about building an innovative culture Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Min 12+ years Experience.
