EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING REQUIRED 12 years of enterprise architecture, application solution delivery experience and a Bachelor of Computer Science or related engineering 5 years delivering enterprise solutions on the Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure platforms Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Certifications in Oracle Cloud Architecture Certification in Azure Solution Architecture ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership ofdefining technology strategy, end to end solution architecture, high leveldesign of solutions with wide ranging technologies that include relevanttechnology off-the-shelf platforms/products for business functions mentionedabove, and also custom-built components for front-end(js, java, etc.),middleware and integration technologies and patterns applicable for applicationintegration (APIs/Pub-Subs/batch), data integration (ETL, ELT, data synch,etc.), cloud (Oracle Cloud, MS Azure); demonstrating expert level depth andbreadth of technical knowledge, with the ability to provide thought leadership. Communicate thoroughnessof vision for system architecture, component design, networking and security ofproposed solutions through modeling and using tools like Visio, leadelaboration and discovery sessions to inform solution design, set up and drivePOCs/PoA sessions in the cloud migration and application modernization efforts. Contribute to DDstechnology governance, by getting these solutions reviewed, reviewing otherssolutions. CORE COMPETENCIES / KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS Expert level skills in architecting end to end solutions in healthcare space spanning multiple business functions in Payer/Insurance domain, preferably in Corporate Services portfolios Experience with wide-ranging technologies used in the healthcare space, with expert level skills in defining solutions in Cloud (leveraging SaaS and PaaS components) technologies, like, OCI, OIC, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, AKS, APIM, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, etc. Senior or Expert level skills in functional aspects of Oracle Financials and People modules Able to communicate and present complex issues with preciseness, assurance and confidence Passion for technology and a high technical aptitude Demonstrable consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, establishing rapport, and influencing Demonstrable experience in leading technology strategy and solutioning for large organizations.
