Understand the interface requirements and configuration architecture. 4) Create Design Document for the integration. 5) Configure the application points as per specification using Guidewire or J2EE components Perform code review, and shake down test and deliver Work in Agile environments 6) Ability to work on Guidewire Plug-ins, Messaging, API 7) Strong capabilities in relational databases, message queues, and batch systems Essential Skills: 1) Production Support: Provide expert-level production support, including troubleshooting and resolving batch issues, ensuring system stability and performance. 2) Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Gosu, JUnit, Spring Boot, AWS, and Guidewire Claim Center V10 to design, develop, and implement robust solutions. 3) Batch Processing: Handle and resolve complex batch processing issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims. 4) On-Call Support: Participate in on-call support rotations to address and resolve critical incidents (P0) promptly. 5) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the technical team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of Guidewire Claim Center applications. 6) Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. 7) Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability. Good skills in Guidewire CC, GOSU and Java Oops concepts.
