Process Normal, Standard,Emergency, RFCs by working with ITD Developers, DBAs/SE, Managers andexecutives regarding Change Management process. Monitoring the End-to-End CMprocess to assess, control and track RFCs. Provide user support to ChangeManagement Tool Users by creating training plans, requirements, knowledgetransfer, and other CM system changes. Provide support for the IvantiUpgrade Projects. Write and manage diversedocumentation: presentations, impact analysis, implementation plans,training plans, policies and procedures, traceability and RACI documents, usermanuals, risk assessments, communication, release management, and otheron-demand documentation. Create and Manage CommunicationDistribution: Facilitate change announcements, gather reporting metricsand creating BI reports, create and manage Change flowcharts and process mapsto illustrate the CM end-to-end processes.
