The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HL7 standards and tools like Mirth Connect or Cloverleaf, along with strong troubleshooting and integration skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange. Ensure all interfaces comply with HL7 standards and best practices. Test and debug HL7 messages and interface workflows. Integrate HL7 with other systems using FHIR, DICOM, XML, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues and data transfer problems. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and clients to implement integration solutions. Maintain technical documentation and communicate interface specs to stakeholders. Required Skills: Strong experience with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORU, ORM, etc.). Hands-on with integration tools like Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or similar. Familiarity with FHIR, DICOM, and XML standards. Programming/scripting knowledge in Java, C#, Python, or similar languages. Solid understanding of SQL and database interactions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred: Healthcare IT background with knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.
