Youll lead technical modernization efforts, define architecture and design standards, and partner with cross-functional teams across time zones particularly coordinating offshore resources. The ideal candidate thrives in early-stage environments, is 70% hands-on, and brings depth in Python, Databricks (bronze/silver/gold), Azure ecosystem, and enterprise API integration.
