Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including custom object modeling, relationships, data security, and automation frameworks. Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce reporting layers to support operational and executive insights. Strong working knowledge of SQL for data validation, migration, and transformation tasks. Experience in defining or working within a semantic data layer to enable consistent business metrics and reporting. Demonstrated ability to work across systems, integrating Salesforce with legacy platforms and third-party tools. Excellent communicator and collaboratorable to align engineers, analysts, and business users around clear technical plans. Strong problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable navigating complexity in large, fast-paced enterprise environments. Proactive, hands-on, and highly accountable with a strong bias toward execution.
