Position: AEP Multi Solutions Architect Location: Remote in USA Duration: Long term Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned AEP Multi-Solutions Architect to lead the design and integration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its associated applications (Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA, Target, Analytics, Launch) to deliver personalized, data-driven, and scalable customer experiences. This role bridges business strategy, technical design, and data governance, and requires deep expertise in Adobe's Experience Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end customer experience solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and related tools (AJO, CJA, CDP, Target, Launch). Lead discovery sessions with business and IT teams to define marketing, data, and personalization goals. Define architecture, data flows, and solution blueprints for: Data ingestion and schema mapping (XDM) Identity resolution and Real-Time Customer Profiles Segmentation, activation, and personalization workflows Real-time orchestration with AJO. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Marketing teams to deliver and optimize integrated solutions. Define and enforce data governance, security, consent management (GDPR, CCPA) practices in AEP. Work closely with Adobe Customer Success or Solutions teams on best practices, roadmap alignment, and solution validation. Drive performance optimization, reusability, and scalability across multi-solution implementations. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in enterprise digital architecture or Martech implementation. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including: Real-Time CDP Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Deep understanding of XDM schemas, identity graphs, segments, and event data models. Experience integrating Adobe tools with external CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), data lakes, and downstream activation platforms (DSPs, ESPs, etc.). Strong knowledge of Adobe Tags (Launch), Target, and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with RT-CDP destinations, streaming and batch ingestion, and Profile/Segment APIs. Excellent communication and client-facing skills; experience working in agile teams. Preferred Skills: Adobe Certified Expert in AEP and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer. Experience with JavaScript, APIs, Snowflake, or BigQuery a plus. Familiarity with consent frameworks and tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc).
