Perform rapid root cause analysis for network issues, outages, and latency. Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient network performance and reliability. Adapt quickly to the company's environment and operational needs. Requirements Expert-level knowledge of Cisco technologies at an architect level. Proven experience in root cause analysis, outage resolution, and latency troubleshooting. Ability to ramp up quickly and learn the environment efficiently. CCIE certification preferred but not required. Must work onsite as per customer requirements.
