Job Description: Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions,performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes userrequirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improveexisting computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational unitsinvolved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, andlearn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, howdata is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed descriptionof user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modifycomputer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, andscheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change ispossible within existing system. Contractor will support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP)by creating dashboards and reports using Tableau. Contractor will translatebusiness requirements into Tableau reports, and work with the program staff toensure it meets the needs of the customer. Contractor will participate intesting or Tableau reports and dashboards to ensure proper function, and workwith co-workers to publish and promote the reports as needed. Minimum Requirements: (Must have) 8 Years Required Experience Creating reports or data analysis, using Tableau,SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, QlikView or similar. Preferred: 4 Years Preferred Experience working with very large scale data sets in Oracle,SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, or similar. 2 Years Preferred Experience working with Tableau creating dashboards andreports.
