Position : SAP HCM Functional Solution Analyst Location : hybrid - 2-3 days-week onsite in Addison, TX, or Miramar, FL Duration: : Long Term Contract to hire Visa :USC/GC Interview mode:: VIDEO Job Description Key Required Skills: Must have excellent, clear communication 8+ years of experience as SAP HCM FUNCTIONAL solution analyst 8+ years of experience with S/4 Hana 8+ years of experience (including most recent role) in SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits 8+ years of experience in integrations in SuccessFactors Responsibilities: Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM modules including: HCM Payroll HCM and Benefits HCM Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules Act as a lead/subject matter expert (SME) within the Solution Analyst team in SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits Apply system solutions to business requirements through the design and configuration of systems platforms and applications Lead the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials Lead the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; assist with project budget needs Lead the monitoring of project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions Serve as liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements Mentor and support development of more junior Solution Analyst team members Perform other job-related duties as assigned Act as a lead/subject matter expert (SME) within the Solution Analyst team Apply system solutions to business requirements through the design and configuration of systems platforms and applications Lead the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials Lead the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; assist with project budget needs Lead the monitoring of project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions Serve as liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements Mentor and support development of more junior Solution Analyst team members Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence 8+ years of experience as an SAP HCM functional lead 8+ years of implementation experience with s/4 Hana 8+ years of configuration experience in SAP - HCM Payroll and Benefits 8+ years of experience with integrations in SuccessFactors 10+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT understanding business processes and needs High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them E Experience leading Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process Thanks and Regards MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
