Hand-on configure and customize Oracle CX Service Cloud applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle CX Service Cloud modules. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Stay updated with the latest Oracle CX Service Cloud features and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Service Cloud and its modules. Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Oracle CX Service Cloud certification is a plus.
