Job Title: Veeva Vault Production Support Specialist
Location:Cambridge, MARole Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Production Support Specialist to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2 production support and system administration for Veeva Vault applications, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The candidate must have a strong understanding of Life Sciences industry processes, GxP compliance, and ServiceNow ITSM workflows.Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 and L2 production support for Veeva Vault applications in line with company-defined SLAs.

Act as a system administrator for Veeva Vault, handling user account management including create, modify, and deactivate processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests using ServiceNow.

Support business users by managing and troubleshooting custom reports, dashboards, and object data in Veeva Vault.

Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and participate in documentation and validation activities.

Collaborate with functional teams and users to analyze and resolve production issues efficiently.

Maintain detailed support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Participate in regular support meetings and communicate ticket status to stakeholders.Essential Skills:

68 years of experience in IT Support, with at least 23 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault production support.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Requests.

Experience in user administration, permission sets, roles, and security in Veeva Vault.

Familiarity with building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards within Veeva.

Knowledge of GxP systems and Life Sciences industry compliance standards.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Desirable Skills:

Experience supporting multiple Vaults (e.g., Vault QMS, Vault RIM, Vault PromoMats).

Knowledge of validation documentation and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Experience working with global teams and handling support across time zones.

Understanding of Veeva Vault API or data migration tools is a plus.Competencies:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field

Veeva Vault Administrator or related certification preferred
