The consultant will also facilitate the approval process, ensure publication of finalized models, and provide training to internal teams for continued maintenance and governance.Key Responsibilities:1. Development of Process Models: Develop four (4) end-to-end process models over a period of four (4) to six (6) weeks. Ensure all models align with ADIs requirements, business processes, and strategic objectives. Use SAP Signavio for process modeling, visualization, and collaboration.2. Process Model Administration: Document all relevant components for each model, including: Decision points Controls and risk mitigation measures Process owners Tagging standards Naming conventions3. Facilitation of Approval and Publication: Coordinate with key stakeholders to review, approve, and finalize each process model. Work closely with the ADI team to ensure the published models are clearly communicated and accessible within the client's systems and repositories.4. Knowledge Transfer: Provide structured training and knowledge transfer to the ADI Signavio team. Empower internal teams to independently manage, maintain, and evolve the process models post-engagement.Essential Skills & Experience: 810 years of experience in business process management, with at least 23 years focused on SAP Signavio. Demonstrated experience developing detailed business process models using industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN). Strong documentation skills for capturing and standardizing process information (decision points, controls, ownership, etc.). Experience in process governance, model lifecycle management, and publication workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.Desirable Skills: Experience conducting workshops and process discovery sessions. Ability to align business processes with compliance, risk, and performance goals. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and process optimization frameworks.
