Title: Technical Project Manager Location: West Chester, PA ( Hybrid within 40 miles) Duration: 12+ months Working Visa: GC/USC/GC-EAD/TN, Only Must have a valid LinkedIn profile Must be able to travel regularly to other local offices including: Philadelphia, PA Mt. Laurel, NJ Reston, VA Travel is required to conduct walkthroughs/site surveys Team & Workspace: Engineering teams and labs are based in West Chester A split schedule between West Chester and Philadelphia (2 days each) could be acceptable Role Responsibilities: Lead the AV Uplift Project a full refresh of conference room technologies Requires familiarity with AV and Unified Communications tools, especially: Microsoft Teams (primary platform) Logitech, Cisco, and other AV hardware Coordinate with vendors, hardware manufacturers, and AV integrators Manage budgets, POs, and track project finances (financial acumen preferred) Utilize Smartsheet or other project management tools (e.g., MS Project) Conduct site surveys, manage timelines, and oversee deployments Must be confident in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook A technical background in Microsoft Teams or Cisco WebEx is required Construction background is a plus but not required Familiarity with converting large spaces (e.g., the 42nd floor is currently being turned into an auditorium) Thanks & Regards Amit Vikal Talent Partner 214-303-9094 [email protected] 539, W.
