Qualifications: 8+ years experience (preferred) J2EE, WAS,JSF/Spring/Hibernate, Java Batch, JDBC, HTML, Javascript, 8+ years experience (preferred) JQuery, Springboot, Microservices, XML, SOAP,Azure, GIT 3+ years experience (preferred) Maven, Nexus,Jenkins, eLDAP, CMIS, FileNet, IIB, ACE, BAR, Splunk, Dynatrace, Veracode 8+ years experience (preferred) with Oracle and SQL Server, writing, updating,and testing complex SQL queries and stored procedures 3+ IMB WebSphere experience Typical Duties/Abilities: Provides technical guidance andmentoring to technical staff. Investigate and troubleshoot issues Develop, document design, test,and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a javaimplementation Daily use of TFS/Azure DevOps including git,boards and CI/CD pipelines. Document analysis and findings Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews duringprojects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Familiarity with the current technologiesbeing used. ( Assist with implementing new cutting-edgetechnologies. Offer viable technical solutions for integration with theexisting application code. Soft Skills: Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeanStartup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Developers, Designers, Business Analysts). Strong communication and collaboration skills with a trackrecord of taking solution ownership. Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate withleadership and key stakeholders. Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bringabout consensus. Excellent written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
