Maintain and support Connect:Direct across the following environments: A. Mainframe B. AS400 C. Windows D. Linux Collaborate with platform-specific admin teams (Mainframe/AS400) for upgrades and issue resolution. Create and manage SSL certificates for secure Connect:Direct transfers. Deploy certificates on AS400, Linux, and Windows platforms. Coordinate with Mainframe support for certificate deployment on Mainframe. Manage and maintain Connect:Direct Entitlements and Service Accounts. Provide support and guidance to internal customers for scripting and troubleshooting Connect:Direct file transfer issues. Architect and implement new deployments in various business domains. Conduct quality assurance reviews for IBM Direct Connect solutions. Understand and support job scheduling via: IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) Leverage IBM Workload Scheduler plug-ins to automate end-to-end file transfer processes. Create and maintain documentation, including: Recovery Plans Capacity Plans Security Plans Analyze and resolve complex technical issues; monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Provide scripting, scheduling, and watch directory automation solutions for file transfers.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with IBM Sterling Connect:Direct across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and secure file transfer practices. Hands-on experience with IBM Workload Scheduler and DWC. Strong scripting skills for automation and monitoring (, Power, etc.). Understanding of system architecture, file transfer protocols, and network topologies. Experience with Windows, Linux, AS400, and Mainframe environments. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance. Familiarity with ITIL/incident and change management processes.
