Good interpersonal skills and Ability to interface with all internal and external stakeholders Technical Skillset Should be able to interpret & read the drawings Exposure to Shop floor experience is must. Basic Understanding of different manufacturing processes & inspection methods of various products. Should have basic understanding on FAI documentation Ability to drive contract manufacturers and ensure ontime development, timelines, product quality Drive supplier assessments \\ audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions Must have experience in Checking incoming and outgoing inspection of the goods Strong in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Meteorology, Yield performance, Good at MS Office Especially Excel and Presentations.
