Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- Data Modeling Specialist CRM & ERP Systems Location- Iselin, NJ TCS Contract position: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling Experience working with CRM, ERP, HR, and Risk Management systems is highly desirable. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining conceptual and logical data models. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Proficient in data modeling tools and techniques. Experience with Salesforce, S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft technologies is a must have. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders across different geographical locations. Desirable Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar. Experience with data governance tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Willingness to collaborate with international teams and accommodate different time zones when necessary. Professional certifications related to data management, data modeling, or specific technologies (e.g., Salesforce, S4HANA) are a plus.
