Supporting system architecture, vendor management, and quality assurance. Creating custom training programs to meet evolving organizational needs. Developing dynamic, AI-driven learning content and immersive training experiences. Structuring resources and processes for operational excellence. Skills required: Proven experience in automation, process analysis, and workflow design. Strong knowledge of integration tools and platforms. Expertise in analyzing data, creating reports, and managing automated systems. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with technical project management and system architecture is a plus. Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
