Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst Equity Derivatives & Structured Products Duration: 6+ months Location: Onsite - New York, NY Need 9 or more years of experience. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong product knowledge in Equity Derivatives and Structured Equities, specifically with hands-on experience supporting Accumulator/Decumulator products. This role will be responsible for driving front-to-back project delivery across technology and business teams, supporting architecture triage processes, and overseeing end-to-end testing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid skill set combining capital markets product expertise, technical analysis, and a hands-on approach to solution design and testing oversight. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Equity Derivatives and Structured Equity Products, with specific experience in Accumulator / Decumulator products. Support the implementation, enhancement, and production support of Equity Derivatives and Structured Product platforms, including ACDC products. Create detailed architecture diagrams, system flow documentation, and data models to support solution design and architecture triage processes. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to analyze existing system designs and recommend improvements. Lead end-to-end testing strategy and planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage of trading flows and operational processes. Oversee testing execution across front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems ensuring alignment with business requirements. Drive issue triage, defect resolution, and cross-team collaboration to resolve complex issues across multiple systems. Facilitate working sessions and effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Strong product knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Structured Equities, and ACDC products with specific experience supporting Accumulator / Decumulator structured products. Proven experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst or Product Analyst within a capital markets or financial technology environment. Expertise in creating technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and system interaction models. Experience leading and managing End-to-End Testing Strategy and Execution across complex trading environments. Familiarity with architecture triage processes, defect management, and production support best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to bridge technology and business teams effectively. Experience working within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Structured Products Technology teams. Familiarity with Equities front-to-back trade lifecycle and operational processes. Experience working in Agile environments using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
